I’m a Dad. That’s true.
I’m fit. That’s not true.
But it’s not far from the truth. I am getting fitter and I am losing the fat and the best part is that I’m doing it my own way. A way that I can live with and a way that I can sustain for as long as I want to.
I’m eating the things I like, and I’m exercising less than thirty minutes a day.
Of course that’s not the whole picture, but as a short summary of my approach, it’s pretty accurate.
I’m just setting up the Wordpress theme at the moment, but I’ll be back with more details of my progress very soon.
